Welcome to the 2013-2014 school year!

It is my hope that you all are energized and ready to get the most out of your education at Olita School. This year we are going to work with the Common Core State Standards in our primary grades, and next year our upper grade students will begin. As always, the curriculum will be rigorous and challenging. The teachers and staff at Olita School work very hard to maintain high achievement marks and this year we will continue that tradition.
Our school also takes pride in the amount of parent support offered around the campus. Many thanks to our outstanding PTA! Our parents are involved and provide so much to our teachers and students.

With these combined efforts, it is sure to be another great year at Olita School!

Mrs. Van Hoogmoed, Principal
